FLSun Cube X-Axis Belt Tensioner
Description
The FLSun Cube 3D printer does not come with an X-Axis belt tensioner. So, I designed one. The design is simple but very effective.
It is mounted using the nuts and bolts of the outer linear bearings. Nevertheless, you will need longer bolts. M4 x 20mm works great.
Some extra hardware is also needed for the belt idler. You will need:
- an M5 x 25 mm to mount the pulley
- either 2 M5 nuts or a lock nut to mount the pulley
- an M4 x 25 mm bolt and nut to attach the idler to the base
Its assembly is pretty straight forward.
